19 Jun Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023
There are new changes coming in under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023 (ECCTA).
From Autumn 2025 all new incorporations will require the directors and PSC’s to provide a personal code. This will be given by Companies House once an identity check has been provided.
Thereafter, over the next 12 month period, all existing directors and PSC’s registered at Companies House (there are currently some 7.4 million people) must provide a proof of identity such as their passport. M & N Group Limited are an Authorised Corporate Service Provider and as such, can assist anyone needing guidance or help to secure their personal code. We shall keep you all regularly updated as to how this progresses over the next few months.
